We currently have a vacancy for an experienced bookkeeper in our Monaghan office.
This role is open to those who may want to further their career in accountancy through CPA/ACCA/ACA, or for those pursuing the Accounts Technician qualification. The role on offer is full-time and/or part-time - flexible days/times. The Position/candidate requirements
Bookkeeper: In this position, you will join a team of both experienced accountants and trainees working with a bank of clients involved in many different industries.
The ideal candidate will be methodical in their approach to work, great attention to detail, and an exceptional telephone manner.
A results-driven and focused attitude is essential.
You must be a strong communicator and must be capable of working under your own initiative.

Ability to think on your feet and to troubleshoot and solve problems at short notice
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Responsibilities
Completion of bookkeeping for clients
Assist with the preparation of payroll for clients
Revenue Submissions, PAYE/PRSI, VAT, RCT
Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts
Liaising with, and resolving queries from, clients on a regular basis
Responding to client queries in a timely manner
Ad hoc accounting and administration work as required
